Marketing' For A Property?
There are many reasons why you might not want your home to be splashed all over the internet when you decide to put it up for sale.
The problem is that most estate agents simply use the most obvious ways to sell their properties, and that means purely relying on listings via the major online portals such as Rightmove and OnTheMarket.
To be totally honest, some agents look for the easy option that will allow them to get away with doing the minimum amount of work possible. That's why you have to choose one very carefully, especially if you want some privacy involved in your sale.
Discreet Marketing

It all starts with our initial visit for a market appraisal. If you don't want all your neighbours to know that you're thinking of selling your home a brightly coloured and branded estate agent car parked outside isn't exactly helpful!
We always come to your home in non-branded vehicles, whether that’s for a market appraisal or any subsequent visits and accompanied viewings.
We also fully understand that a 'for sale' sign outside your home isn't what everyone wants and it's definitely not something we insist on.
Off-market

'off-market' sales package that is based on discretion and a low-key approach.
This doesn't mean we do less work - far from it! Marketing a
property without using the main portals, or indeed any open-access website
listings, is certainly more challenging that a run-of-the-mill sale. However,

How is it done?
So how do we find the right buyer for you without casting a
net in the normal 'open house' style?
Most importantly, we maintain an up to date database of
potential buyers which allows us to directly target people who we know will be
likely to want to view your property. We listen to what buyers are looking for
and make sure that they are made aware of suitable properties as soon as we
start working on their sale.
This approach can have dramatic results, with 'early bird' buyers often being eager to view quickly and put in offers.
Viewings
Of course we attend every viewing with potential buyers -
you might be surprised how many estate agents don't!
Again, we'll always be in unbranded cars and we avoid the
classic 'estate agent standing outside house with clipboard' routine. More than
that, all of our staff who carry out viewings will be fully informed about your
property and be able to answer any questions the potential buyers might have.
Bespoke marketing
