Special Category Data and Criminal Convictions
We do not routinely collect special category data or information in relation to criminal convictions, however, depending on the services we are to provide to you, we may need to collect this information. For example, Maslen Estate Agents may process data in relation to health or medical conditions to ensure that access requirements when viewing a property are met or where we are assisting with applications for insurances. Maslen Estate Agents or Maslen Letting Agents may need to process criminal records when providing letting services or where assisting with applications. If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with services).
