Client Referral Terms and Conditions

This promotion initiative comes into effect from 17th June 2024:

The Incentive Offer

• £100 high street / on-line retail voucher for each new client referral that leads to a completed mortgage.
• One £100 voucher will be paid to You per new referred individual on the first mortgage application that completes through Us (any joint mortgage applications will be counted as one referral).
• Additional referrals can be made for other individuals to Us, and further £100 vouchers will be awarded per first completed mortgage.

Who can refer to Us to receive the offer?

• Referring client (You) – see glossary below for further details.
• Referrals can be submitted using our online form above, or by emailing full name, email address and contact number of the individual/s You are referring, to [email protected] with the subject line: *[Your name] Friend Referral*
• This promotion excludes staff and employees of Maslen Financial Services Ltd., Maslen Estate Agents Ltd. and Maslen Letting Agents Ltd. (unless the referred individual is a close family member or proven close friend or associate).

Who is classed as a new referred individual?

• A named individual who has not previously dealt with Maslen Financial Services Ltd., since 4th March 2019.  
• The first referrer (You) will be registered for the voucher promotion.  Any subsequent referrers for the voucher promotion for the same individual will not be counted and they will be informed that their named referral has already been received.  
• You can refer a friend, a relative, a colleague or an acquaintance. 
• There is no limit to the amount of referrals You can make, but the rules above remain the same. E.g. if a referring client refers x5 friends and each friend completes on their mortgage application through Us, the referring client will receive x5 £100 vouchers, which will be paid in accordance with these full terms and conditions.
• Insurance applications submitted through Maslen Financial Services Ltd. are not included within this promotion. Insurance applications include but are not limited to Life Insurance, Critical/Serious Illness Cover, Income Protection, Accident, Sickness & Unemployment Cover, Home Insurance (Buildings and/or Contents).

Small print

• £100 high street / on-line retail voucher will only be paid to the referring client once the mortgage completes and we receive the full procuration fee from the lender.
• Any referrals received prior to 17th June 2024 will not be eligible for this promotion.
• There is no closing date but Maslen Financial Services Ltd. reserve the right to discontinue this promotion at any time.
• We will contact the referring client via email once they become eligible for their £100 voucher. We will ask You to provide Us with the name of the retail outlet you’d like your voucher for.
• We will only email the referring client once, and if we do not hear back we will not issue a voucher.
• All vouchers will be sent via email to the email address given to Us at the time of referral. If no email address was given, we will email the address we hold on account for the referring client.
• If there is any variation or dispute regarding the awarding of a voucher, the final decision will be at the discretion of the Director of Maslen Financial Services Ltd.

Glossary 

• Voucher – Means any high street or on-line retail voucher that can be ordered and paid for on a UK website and which can be emailed to the referring client directly. 
• You – Means the referrer, who is an existing client, previous client or historic potential customer of Maslen Financial Services Ltd.
• Us – Means Maslen Financial Services Ltd. or any trading name we currently use or have previously used.
